According to the perceived threats, and client requirements, we offer different levels of armoring. These are based on internationally accepted standards of safety, including the British BS 5051, NTC 1417 regulations, European DIN and EN 1063 and, International Regulation UL752. Depending on which level of armoring you need, the entire engineering and prototyping process may take about 4 to 5 weeks. Whether you want protection from light firearms or high power artillery and military grade weaponry, you can use our armoring. Here are the details -
Ballistic protection against:7.62X51mm/ AP*, FJ, BP, HC1 (*Armor Piercing).
Windows Glass: 76 mm aprox.
Armoured parts: Entire cap in ballistic steel, floor covered with explosive wave dissipation and anti-fragmentation fibber, doors, roof frame, panels' retainers, roof, dash and console reinforcement, fuel tank, Teflon tiers rings, tiers, radiator full ballistic protection, bonnet (hood), reinforced front and back bumpers, sides, two way 100 W intercom, electric system protection and main battery box.
Added weight: 1400 KG average, depending on vehicle structure.
