- As an armoring company, we prioritize safety and quality in all our work. That’s why we’re looking for candidates who have experience and skills in their respective fields. But freshers are also welcome.
- Please note that candidates are preferred to have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the relative field. GCC experience is given priority.
- The candidate must provide proof of their work experience, such as a reference or experience certificate (if any).
- All of these positions are full-time positions with a six-day work week and our manufacturing unit is based in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Regarding Transportation for Office Staff (And this applies to office staff only, labors are provided with accommodation transportation): Do you reside near Al Jazeera Al Hamra (RAK)? If so, we offer transportation services. If you live elsewhere, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the office from Monday to Saturday.
- Employees will also be entitled to all statutory benefits governed by the UAE Labor Law, including basic medical insurance coverage and 30 days of annual leave upon completion of 12 months in service. In addition, we also provide outbound/inbound ticket benefits on an annual basis.
- Candidates must also be willing to work overtime if the schedule requires it.

- Storekeeper cum Purchase Assistant – HIRING
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Storekeeper who will be responsible for carrying out Store Department duties. This role will communicate and coordinate internally with the Accounting Department, Operations, Procurement & Logistics Department, as well as externally with third parties.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all items are properly stored. Conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. Monitor stock levels and notify the relevant departments when supplies are running low.
- Receiving and Inspecting Goods: Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and quantity of incoming materials and supplies. Ensure all received goods are properly documented and stored in the appropriate location of the store.
- Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill internal requests for materials and supplies promptly. Prepare and issue materials for production and other departments as needed.
- Stock Rotation: Implement and maintain a first-in, first-out (FIFO) stock rotation system to minimize waste and ensure optimal use of materials.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns. Update the inventory management system regularly with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure the storeroom is clean, organized, and free from hazards. Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and safety standards.
- Coordination with Departments: Coordinate with procurement, production, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials. Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues related to inventory and supplies.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, and any discrepancies. Provide data and insights to support decision-making related to inventory management.
- Maintenance of Storage Areas: Ensure that storage areas are well-maintained and meet the company’s standards for cleanliness and organization. Identify and implement improvements to optimize storage space and efficiency.
- Handling Returns and Damages: Manage the process for returning damaged or incorrect items to suppliers. Document and track all returns and ensure they are processed according to company procedures.
- Support for Purchase: Coordinate with the Purchase Manager.

We are looking for an Engineering background candidate, with strong understanding of automotive production processes and strong understanding of automotive procurement and inventory management strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the spare parts inventory system at our manufacturing unit.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of spare parts for production lines.
- Collaborate with maintenance, repair, and operations teams for parts requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels.
- Lead the Source-to-Contract (S2C) process, including supplier identification, selection, and negotiation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing supplier performance.
- Managing direct procurement processes, including the purchasing or obtaining of automotive spare parts, materials, resources and services.
- Managing indirect procurement, including the purchasing of goods, services, supplies, and materials needed for daily operations
- Develop and enforce procurement procedures and policies.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, physical stock taking, and key metrics.
- Managing the procure-to-pay process, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and paying for goods and services.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
- Finalizing purchase details and processing purchase requests and purchase orders
- Tracking key metrics and KPIs to reduce costs
- Collaboration with Production and Design Teams: Partner with engineering and product development teams to address any production challenges, facilitate new product launches, or improve existing processes.

- Heavy Duty Driver – HIRING
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Bus Driver to join our team. The candidate must be skilled in driving manual and automatic gear light vehicles as well.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a large passenger bus to transport workers to and from the company accommodation to work and other locations as and when required.
- Deliver or collect documents from government departments, banks, clients, etc.
- Handle outdoor purchases or payments as instructed.
- Pick up/drop off staff, especially for hospital visit, residence visa medicals, Emirates ID appointments, bank visit etc.
- Handle delivery of bank letters, cheques, invoices, parcels, and courier arrangement.
Pick up supplies or equipment from vendors. - Assist with errands, such as picking up office supplies, dropping off documents, or running other small tasks as directed by office staff.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes, and report any mechanical problems for repair.
- Adhere to all UAE traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details, and submit reports to supervisors as required.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure mechanical soundness and compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Have Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License / Commercial Driver License and Light Vehicle Driving License
- Have at least 2 years of experience driving heavy buses in the UAE.
- Proven experience operating Passenger Buses / heavy-duty vehicles preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts including nights, weekends as and when required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
